      Great minds, some great people. Good technology and ideas. Good location

      CEO stands in the way of progress. It's his company so he will do everything his way, regardless of mgt input. CEO has directors create department budgets but it doesn't matter because he needs to sign off on every cent. (When he feels like it and if it suits his fancy, priority is meaningless) this then causes additional company cost due to action tardiness. CEO is cheap in general unless he wants something for himself, like an entire golf course, then money is no object.

      - You learn a lot that will be beneficial for your career - The technology is very interesting and will give you a good introduction into the biotech industry

      Minpunten

      - Company is very toxic and can become unbearable to work for - You’ll be get blamed easily and not much praise - Management takes no accountability at all and puts it on you - You’ll have to travel on a quick notice, and they don’t have a company card. So a lot you have to pay out of pocket for and will take a while before you get your money reimbursed
