There has continued to be turn over in leadership in the past two years, so that is never a good sign. I genuinely think that the company will be acquired by someone else in the next couple years so be prepared for this. Hiring and firing practices were also awful. They never gave the employees an opportunity, guidances or a performance plan before termination.
