      Fair pay, Good PTO, good overall package

      Minpunten

      Favoritism, micromanage, turn a blind eye on a lot things. Lack of safety. This location does not follow NFPA or EEC code/recommendations. It is like the wild west. EPA is another issue but I will leave as that.

      -Training is heavily dependent on the machine your learning, it is not documented(aside from policy compliance) and does not follow a development plan -Classist Atmosphere between Corporate and floor production -Management Culture unsustainable in the long run
