The managers and leadership of this team don’t really have the people skills or social awareness to understand what it truly means to support and help a person thrive and find fulfillment in their role. They’re more preoccupied with hitting numbers to make themselves look good. Lots of work for very low pay and you’ll get little to no sympathy or understanding if you hit anything below the maximum for your earnings. Super toxic work environment. Team would be better off if they hired someone external with proper management and app development experience to lead this team.
