method invests a lot in the company culture, resulting in a very positive work environment. They make great products and are VERY progressive/sustainable. They have a long-term strategy to succeed. You will love going to work there every day.
Minpunten
It's such a great culture, it can take a while to notice there's no real career growth. Or that the salary is mediocre (excellent benefits, though). To be fair, it's a small company so there's only so many senior positions and only so much they can offer employees. Still, I saw many talented people leave for senior positions at other companies. It's like a feeder school for Bay Area businesses.
