Pluspunten

Teams are extremely collaborative with multiple team meetings daily which helps keep everyone aligned within the hybrid/remote environment. Leadership is investing in talent, tools and data to enable high speed innovation which is exciting. The finished work product is quite beautiful.

Minpunten

A bit too many meetings that are scheduled for longer than necessary to align and solve problems.

Sorry, not much besides a paycheck

Minpunten

The CEO does not care about people — only about money. That’s fine if that’s the business model, but it makes for a cold and transactional culture. Core values and “blue threads” of respect and kindness are emphasized constantly, but abandoned the moment they no longer need you, even if you left due to lack of work. Frequent restructuring, lack of transparency, and unclear direction create instability. Gossip from leadership and belittling of employees undermines morale. The kicker: in an industry that tends to consider you done once you’re past your mid-forties, unfortunately it seems like Method1 holds up that stereotype.
