* Automatic upgrade to technology will never happen since Management never explore new technology, runs like an Government office. * You will been assigned to multiple projects due to resignation rates, no new hiring. * Unrealistic deadlines * Monopoly customers who will treat suppliers as robots to deliver anything and everything within hours of time * Always a single team gets all the advantage and the other teams are left to rot in their tough time * Disparity between teams in promotion , hike etc * No training & development, employees should upgrade themselves out of the office hours to keep themselves up in the mark. * In 4 years of work, you will get 2 years of experience because you dont have much exposure to the entire process. * Pay roll was affected during the pandemic. 20% reduction for 3-4 months. * No work from home policies, Need to be present at office at any cost during pandemic also. Had to be in Bangalore in pandemic, If not, forced leave or pay cut. * No additional benefits during pandemic like Office Setup, Internet reimbursement etc. * Not even bothered to organize the 2nd Dose of vaccine, employees were asked to work from office without fully vaccinated. * No Decision Making capability/authority for the Indian Management, everything will be signed from the top. If this behavior of management continues they will yield more loyal employees. * Micro Management from HR & Corporate Team. * HR team runs the show, suggestions will be asked, but none taken. * Good place to retire & that is what some of the management is trying to do. * Close to 40 resignations within a span of 4-5 months as of now out of 160 odd employees. * No decision making authorities provided for respective team managers, everything to be micromanaged from the HR. * WhatsApp is official communication currently if anything to be highlighted to employees, to maintain no Email records. * Transport facility has to 100% bared by employee, which is close to 4K. Never heard of an employee who pays 4k for the company transport. * Appraisal process is unpredictable, after an 2yrs 8months finally had an luck of having 9% increment in salary. In which 50% of share went to the Bonus. Genius thinking. Management not even bothers to intimate on the appraisal process which makes employees worry about their future in the organization. * No suggestion taken taken from lower level leaders/Employees concerns and address their difficulty, * Official Information are not oftenly Shared, which leads for employee gossiping. * External Training & Development needed since employees are not groomed internally well.
