Pluspunten
- no drama (people don't work long enough to start any) - guaranteed to be above minimum wage because of the risk bonus (working with meat slicer) - Nice enough people -get two paid days off a year
Minpunten
- poor work life balance - no organized shifts (get a different one every Thursday for the next 8 days, usually you will get a day off every four days) - no real training provided, you need to really ask to be trained but there are also no trainers so you just follow an employee and hope they are doing their job right. - For what they are asking you to do everyday (pack out, pizza kits, deli customers, hotcase customers, skip the dishes, pizza (with no timers), fresh roatisorry chickens, salads,) they should be paying people more. - not respected, if you are a high value worker they will try to make sure you have as few days off as possible.
