You will never meet that technician. Core values are meaningless. Each department works independently and Finance is grossly over-staffed and operate like a separate entity within. The CEO is a typical baby CEO, independently elected by daddy and not the Board. Loyal employees are eventually singled out and demoted or publicy ridiculed by temporary leaders who are constantly in honeymoon phase due to the revolving door they enter and leave.
