Their core value is to improve the technican's experience.

Minpunten

You will never meet that technician. Core values are meaningless. Each department works independently and Finance is grossly over-staffed and operate like a separate entity within. The CEO is a typical baby CEO, independently elected by daddy and not the Board. Loyal employees are eventually singled out and demoted or publicy ridiculed by temporary leaders who are constantly in honeymoon phase due to the revolving door they enter and leave.

Small company, you get to work with the entire engineering team and management even as an intern. Lots of opportunity to learn about the industry.

Minpunten

Minimal design work. Most of the intern work is checking drawings and simple tasks.
