      Good coworkers, sometimes interesting projects. 36 hour work week.

      Minpunten

      Management and executive leadership is out of touch with their employees. Compensation is below market rate. Office space is dated and the opposite of what we preach to our clients. Parking situation at the office for mandatory 3 days in office is abysmal.

      one persistent challenge was compensation. Despite increasing responsibilities and consistent performance, pay remained below market expectations. Over time, this led to a noticeable wave of resignations, as many talented team members sought roles that better reflected their value.
