For the office we worked in, we had great direct management and work life balance. The office no longer exists due to managerial choices.

Minpunten

Volatile C Suite resulting in direction-less management. Processes are constantly changing and ownership is all about passing the buck. Pay is poor and there is no upward mobility. Layoff of an entire office due to bad managerial decisions.
