A typical day at work for me has the variety to keep me energized with new ideas and initiatives. I've learned so much through working here and am so grateful for the opportunity to keep improving. Through learning lean concepts, leadership concepts, obtaining my PMP (Project Management Professional) certification to going back to school for Supply Chain Management at MSU. Having the opportunity to participate in the Cadillac Leadership Group helped not only build my professional network but also understand resources in my community. I am truly grateful for the mentors I've had here. MMTC has been supportive and has inspired me to do better. We have a strong leader with Ingrid Tighe, and she transitioned our company building from the knowledge in place into an even better environment focused on values and doing the best for our clients. On a personal note, my management has been supportive of the challenges of raising a young family in a limited childcare situation in Northern Michigan. When my dad passed away, the team reached out in many ways to provide support. The culture at this company is one that if you want to succeed you can. I truly enjoy spending time with our clients and our team. We are a company filled with resilient, intelligent and compassionate individuals who want to help. Grateful for this opportunity.
