-Extremely toxic management. The VP tried to hold my salary hostage when I refused to serve a month’s notice (again, no contract).
-Final words from the VP were: “I don’t want to see your face again.” Enough said.
-Most of the developers are incompetent. A SENIOR dev even edited third-party library files to bypass an error instead of learning how to use them properly.
-Total lack of professionalism, planning, or accountability.
