They just want to get work done at lowest possible cost.. and quality of work/products doesn't matter. 4. Low expenditure on employee benefits. 5. Weak HR function. Department is more for formality purpose. 6. Bonus is just a figure on your compensation letter. Only 25% bonus was paid previous year and this year 0% was paid. Note that bonus amount is a large portion of salary at Micro Focus. Low hope to get any next bonus as well.
