Pluspunten

As an Intern, I was learning every day and had more opportunities at a small company than interns at larger companies had. Overall amazing experience that I would recommend to anyone.

Minpunten

The only con I can think of is the location. Although it is a short (35 min) drive from Philadelphia which is very doable.

Everyday is exciting, as the company is young, employees are able to contributed to a multitude of different departments and really work on particular projects with the awareness of just how they are contributing to the success of the company on a larger scale

A lot is demanded of you. You want to deliver for your coworkers and the CEO, as they all will hold you to a higher standard
