While I do wish the benefits were more affordable and that there was a guaranteed 401(k) match, I genuinely appreciate the thoughtful approach MicroAge has taken in designing its benefits package. For a company with fewer than 250 employees, they’ve done an impressive job of offering competitive options that reflect a real commitment to employee well-being. It’s clear that leadership is doing everything they can to provide the best possible benefits within the scope of the company’s size and resources.
