-Firing people without warning all of the sudden, which has created a lot of panic and fear among the sales force -you’ll feel like you’re being watched -“unlimited pto” that is difficult to take, and means you won’t get paid out if they fire you randomly

For a company with fewer than 250 employees, they’ve done an impressive job of offering competitive options that reflect a real commitment to employee well-being. It’s clear that leadership is doing everything they can to provide the best possible benefits within the scope of the company’s size and resources.
