Poorly trained management, pathetically low salaries, non-existent H.R. department, unrealistic and laughable employee reviews done by management that has no clue what the employees actually do, micromanaging of all employees instead of allowing the supervisors to manager their teams and then managing the supervisors like a good manager should do, managers are not trained or educated in management at all, constantly telling employees how they have increased profitability consecutively for years but refuses to pay barely above minimum wage for employees and embarrassing salary for mid-level management, sends out management satisfaction surveys that are not anonymous then calls the people onto the carpet for speaking the truth, Hickory manager acts like a dictator and punishes anyone that dares to questions his suggestions, follow through with promises such as promised raises with promotions.
