The working environment is not toxic. The clients are good. The workload is not that hard. There are days that is peak and there are also slacking days. The office is MOA is comfortable especially the restroom.

Minpunten

anti micro managing employee. If you are a late person do not work here. Not a child friendly working environment. Lack of benefits.

This is a BPO company, it's only good because of the client that gives good bonuses.

Microsourcing itself is cheap company. No increase compensation to employees, cheap budget for company activities/parties, you have to work under difficult circumstances like flood, storm,earthquake etc and not fair management.
