It's really hit or miss for which boss you have. Try to get a boss that's younger. I feel bad for saying this, but the older ones there are mainly because they've just been there for so long. Cubicle forest Depressing colors, little natural light Mediocre cafeteria food (It's monotonous) Not a lot of young people Promoted based on how long you've been there more than on merit Slow turnaround for projects, you'll be working on a product family for more than a year Not a ton of vacation.
