Nothing to name coz did not fine any

Have many of them No value to the employee. 1.bad management 2.no proper work culture 3.no proper hr polices 4.no casual attire need to in office in formals all the days No correct compensation based out of marked No proper interaction with employees They will terminate group of people without prior intimation coz some thing had happened with client. No salary backup No compensation if you are getting terminated . But company has money to enjoy and go for team outings and other extra curricular activities. No proper hardware or the work environment which makes not to suggest this company to any one or to any new comers to join in this organization. They say one thing and does another coz they are not clear on what they do. They say that they have acquired company.but on paper there is nothing. This is my view and rest of them will come in due time

There are opportunities to grow professionally. They will take chances on younger sales reps and give them a chance when other bigger firms may not. The CEO is directly involved in your success and attempts to provide assistance when available.

Minpunten

There was a disconnect with what they expected from me and what was discussed in the interview process. It would have been nice if they were completely transparent with how they judged their sales reps. Their policy is that if you do not sign a SOW in your first 90 days it is grounds for termination. I personally believe that is a very aggressive goal (especially selling into net new SAP accounts), but for some more seasoned people may be more attainable. Given I came into the situation with no customers or named accounts it was quite challenging. When I was interviewing they made it out to seem like they are not driven by quarterly success but that is certainly not true. The CEO is really nice and really enjoyed my interactions with him on a personal level. However, professionally I would admit that there were some things that I disagreed with. Overall, I give my experience a C- at Microexcel. Even though it did not work out for me it may very well be a great fit for someone else.
