Pluspunten

The hiring process was relaxed and comfortable. Had 3 separate meetings/interviews which each lasted about 30 minutes. Interview was conversational - each explained that they could read my resume for the work information. The interview is designed to find personality "fits" as they are building a company culture.

Minpunten

Unable to roll my 401k from previous employer, as there is a one-year incumbency before company offers a 401k. Pay is somewhat less than market, but company culture, work-life balance, and advancement opportunities may offset for some.
