During my tenure, I observed that standard company policies are frequently bypassed at client sites, leading to a six-day work week and unacknowledged overtime. This disconnect is further exacerbated during the appraisal cycle; despite high levels of dedication and performance, the promotion process appears to lack transparency. There is a strong sentiment that advancement is granted based on personal proximity to leadership ('chatu' culture) rather than objective performance reviews, which undermines employee morale

None, avoid at all costs. The only pro that I can list is that they cannot receive negative Stars.

Failed to listen to advice that would have greatly helped them in the long run. Failure to pay employees promptly or in a timely fashion Inability to realize that they are incapable of meeting customer expectations with their current method of staffing and execution.
