      Nice new office. Working from home (because you don't want to be in the nice new office)

      Minpunten

      The wrong people are promoted. Yes people are rewarded and promoted, ask a questions or disagree with management and you shown the door. Poor management. No clear company directions or policies. No progression plan for staff. Massive staff turnover in the past year.

      There are some great people on the teams to work with. The products are well designed and work well though there is still room for improvement

      Putting in extra time and effort aren’t rewarded with anything but more work. Travel can be nice but often is so poorly planned you have little to no notice, or is for long stretches which is hard with family. Management is so focused on sales, they ignore existing clients and unless you want to sell you have no options for growth.
