      Pluspunten

      Pay is decent. Benefits, Gym, Insurance covered, In-house doctor. OT hrs claimable. Office outlook at Frontend Woodlands is good. Cafeteria is decent and clean. Culture at front-end FAB is a lot better than backend MSB.

      Minpunten

      Culture at Backend is horrible. Management do not respect employees as individual. Uses old-school micro-managing methods to control employees. Ensuring every 20mins where you are. Canteen is old. Food is horrible. Washroom is old and dirty, building looks like ragged 50yrs old. Morale is low. Dept is fighting against Dept. Better to apply for roles at Frontend FAB.

      Great team, good people. Challenging work and scope but ability to take things on and make an impact. High growth potential.

      Pluspunten

      Decent pay, great stock grants and stock purchase plan. You can be at the forefront of memory technology driving today's AI megaboom, and benefit from the high demand (i.e. soaring stock price).

      Minpunten

      Little sense of community, lifeless office environment, dead-eyed and overworked employees. "Flexible work arrangements" in name only, as recent policy changes have significantly reduced effectiveness especially if you have a long commute or family life. Too much emphasis on unimportant buzz such as embracing diversity and inclusion is just annoying, but par for the course in today's big tech industry.
