- Values ideas, strong work ethic, authenticity, and passion - Completely merit based, very flat hierarchy where only the best ideas and work matters - Leadership team is international and org is expanding fast

Minpunten

- A downside for some could be that this is not a MNC - which means cannot simply clock in/clock out, collect paycheck, and recycle; - Learn by doing - don't expect things to spoon fed to you, must troubleshoot yourself first before manager comes in (being curious helps!)

1. did not involve us to increase the scope 2. did not even check our strengths and weakness 3. did not respect or value your employee. how can they value customers then ? 4. no team building or area expansion of skills 5. all open source tools provided since company does not have funds to invest on employees 6. looks for free work
