Frequent reorganisation leading to frequent change in management and its team member, which is not sustainable and beneficial to the company and employee 2. 100% connection based- so long as you have the connection, you will get the job. Doesn’t matter if you cannot speak the language or have zero experience in that function 3. Unethical practice - completely unethical and unprofessional practices in all subsidiaries that nothing can or will be done, yet again due to “connection” 4. Wants globalisation but do not have international mindset. Management comes to subsidiaries with the mindset: “if it works in China, it will definitely work in other countries”. 5.
