Overworked, underpaid. There is a stratification of b team employees and a team employees. You cannot rise to a team. Even if you think you’ve left on good terms(worked hard, increases revenues, gave great customer service and great client care) they won’t give you a good reference. They don’t reward taking initiative, gaining skills, and self education. One of the veterians is a hot head who will not hesitate to be demeaning, insulting, and downright abusive to employees. He is not ever disciplined for this and upper management does not care. They will know who I am by this review but I honestly don’t care because they screwed me over by not giving me a good reference. Don’t count on one when you find it’s your time to move on to pursue other opportunities.
