International environment. It is great to work with people from all over the world. The mission of the company is motivational.

Minpunten

Very fast paced, everything is urgent. Not enough time to stop and think to improve processes. It is very bad to see every miatake is done again and again, very inefficient. The departments are siloed and the managers are always in cold war. Just thinking about their carrer but not the company and employees. You will always feel insecure due to financial situation.
