Pluspunten

Personable managers. They are very hands-off, sometimes to a fault.

Minpunten

No coding. No access to source code. No Wi-Fi in the IT building where we worked. Awful commute from east side. Often there was nothing to do. I was used as a technical writer, not a programmer. My solutions were discarded / left unused. No access to corporate email on smartphone. Contractors treated like second class citizens.

Great company, great people to work for, room for advancement, very respectful company and enjoyed working for them. They make sure you're satisfied and make sure your needs are met. I would recommend to a friend.

Minpunten

I can't thin of any cons. I never had a problem working for them.

A company operating in Detroit area, employee satisfaction level is satisfactory, good presence in a major automobile company in Dearborne.

Minpunten

does not file green card to all employees, only a select few of their choice, thus not providing equal service to all employees.
