Mills employees are great people, morally and culturally. They are very knowledgeable in their positions and consistently seek further improvements for their team.

You can grow within the company I started as maintenance man moved up to supervisor, helpful work environment, great incentives like 2500$ vacation after 5 years of employment, a lot of holidays off
