Minpunten

Increasingly toxic environment, especially higher up leadership seem to not know what they want. Statements like “if you don’t like it here, then just leave” and micromanagement make it hard to like it here and want to stay. It used to be a great place to work at, but ever since the new CEO came on and brought in new leadership, the work environment has become very hostile.

Great office, catered lunch daily. Great benefits, 4 weeks PTO to start plus paid holidays, floating holidays, sick time. Culture is flexible, vibrants, friendly people.

Minpunten

Frequent changed and pivoting but senior leadership listens to employees which is good.

- It is very hard to list any pro for this organization in the current state - When I joined the company the culture was very good, the financials were very stable.

Minpunten

- The competition is eating Mimecast. They just cannot stay steady with AI taking a lead in protecting the emails - They acquired few companies to add the AI skill set to their product profile but it didn't pan out as per the expectation - The customers down sells is so much that it might lead to a major instability in a very short future - For the past 3 years, the company must have laid off around 400 employees. - If you are a high earner in the company then you are high on the list of being laid off
