Pluspunten

I work with great people! The work is challenging so it keeps you engaged. The high volume of work and fun internal competition keeps you focused on the goals.The office is bright and the mid-week munchies is a real plus. The beer and wine on tap is a nice perk after work as well. I was new to recruitment when I joined and have learned so much from my managers and team.

There a few slackers that have found a way to stay around to long.

- Working from home since pandemic - Paycheques showed up - Supportive teammates who got it

- Bad leadership like really really bad leadership at the top - Good leaders either quit or get let go like recently - no regard for seniority - Constant changes with no meaning or basis in reality - never holding the right people accountable - leaders never taking accountability themselves - blaming recruiters for bad job deals when recruiters do all the hard work
