- awesome group of co-workers - lower level managers are supportive - great starting role - I know everyone complains about the hourly wage but look at what the job entails (some people headhunt but, for most, it's like a call-center). Although, some specific people do make more....
Minpunten
- Upper Management needs to learn how to be more discreet haha - telling individuals that you opened up roles for them and also telling them that we're just interviewing others for "show" is not a good look. Please don't think word doesn't spread. People with such senior roles shouldn't play favorites. - Learn to handle feedback that may not be as positive as you want (get rid of that ego, you don't have a reason for it yet in all honesty).
