Mindteck should have ex-employee portal where they can take their service/experience letters, Form 16 letters etc. I have heard this from many ex-employees here that Mindteck do not provide service letter on time and they extend it beyond the time limit, making it very difficult for a candidate to get another job. As a company, you should also be kind towards people leaving Mindteck and should make sure that exit process is smooth. Request you to atleast give a right mail address where an ex employee can ask for his service letter ? There are no responses for the previous mails I have sent seeking for service letter. very disappointed on this regard.

Thank you for taking out time to leave a review. I hope that you found a new role that is exciting and satisfying. We shall consider your feedback to further tighten our processes however , we would like to mention that experience letter gets issued post F&F settlement ,please be informed that processing of F&F settlement usually takes a minimum of 30 days after the return of company assets, plus it is subject to clearance from various teams. SPOC details pertaining to form 16 etc are communicated through exit mail what every employee gets 1 day prior to their LWD. We take extreme pride to be responsive to all the communication channels but certain times external mails lands in SPAM folder of the designated SPOCS hence the reply gets delayed.
