I started as a production floor technician and worked my way up to production manager, gaining valuable leadership experience and learning from a great team along the way. I later transitioned into a field service technician role, which gave me the opportunity to travel and see firsthand how the equipment we build is used in real-world situations. There’s a real sense of purpose here—knowing you’ve played a part in creating and supporting life-saving equipment brings a level of pride that’s hard to match.

The amount of equipment we have does take a while to learn, I have been here for a long time and I’m still learning about some new equipment.

I have been working at MineARC Systems for over 3 years. In that time I have grown my skills and knowledge immensely by working on exciting projects, and by working along side a diverse and talented team. One of the biggest complaints I hear from friends and family working at other companies/industries is regarding lack of enthusiasm and effort from their managers. In my experience at MineARC, upper management are fully engaged, supportive, and fair. They are more than happy to spare some time if you run into a project issue, or just need an executive decision. If you show up, do what you are there to do, and prove yourself, over time you will be rewarded. MineARC is a truly exciting place to work, you will definitely get your hands on some unique and interesting projects and products you won't see anywhere else, and might even get to help design a new one.
