Mission Essential has a dedicated staff of consummate management professionals, who take exceptional care to satisfy the needs of customers. Since my employment in late 2016, top management, including the CEO have visited frontline staff in our OCONUS locations to learn first hand the challenges that we face, to discuss with the customer better ways to integrate our staff, to provide answers to our questions and obtain feedback on a number of company policies and new developments, and to generally make leadership accessible to frontline staff. These visits have been eye-opening, permitting frontline staff the opportunity to understand corporate policies, as well as the opportunity to address concerns, such as paid time off, tuition reimbursement, etc. in addition, managers are always seeking opportunities to elevate staff (I was promoted within 6 months of working with the company), to motivate staff through employee recognition programs (I and other colleagues have won over $10,000 in cash awards for excellence), and to increase how confidence in the organization. The management style has left deep impact and created ownership in the company for frontline staff.
