Amazing team...seriously, everyone here is an expert at what they do and very sharp. Truly a pleasure to work with! Great benefits package (esp for a start up) Flexible/unlimited PTO (management actually supports and implements this well) The product itself is really cool. It's fun to work for a company that has such a great piece of tech with the talent base to pull it off. We are really taking off too and growing, so that adds to the job security and excitement! Good Culture/company values....both spoken and unspoken. Family first is a great pillar discussed often, but almost everyone is also great about pitching in to help each other, even if it's outside their role. Very transparent culture too...the engineering meeting happens out in the open and every employee knows how much money is in the bank. Definitely some great opportunity to grow your career here. The company is growing fast and there are many chances to step up and learn/help with something new or more advanced. Finally, really great exec/leadership team...they aren't perfect (none are) but all are genuine/very experienced professionals who want to do the best for the company and employees

It's your typical start up in several ways. If you're not ready to roll up your sleeves and wear multiple hats, this might not be the company for you. Everyone works crazy hard, and it's a wild ride, but that can also be part of the fun sometimes. We also haven't perfected our process on everything yet (sales, engineering, HR, etc.). There aren't always enough people to stop and work on making systems/process better and more efficient because most of the time is spent putting out fires. Steps are being made in the right direction though.
