Each location suffers heavily from favoritism when it comes to scheduling and promotion. They expect everyone to invest too much of their time and energy to a this job, typically for younger people, by setting extremely high monthly sales goals for no extra compensation. Hourly rate is poor for how much they expect in return. Also corporate is extremely overbearing with their special "culture."

I can work remotely, the benefits are competitive and up to date, the culture of the company to very "close-nit", you feel that the company really cares about you and that you are not "just a number". Upper management is involved with daily operations. There are programs in place to help get your career going in management and other fields We CARE, We work HARD, we have FUN! - everyday!

The pay is not competitive enough. With prices of everything in our economy going up - food, healthcare, housing, you cant live off of the income unless you have a spouse that makes a significant amount or you still live at home and don't pay rent.
