My experience at this company was largely disappointing due to persistent structural and management issues. The onboarding process was inadequate from the start. Training materials were outdated, and in some cases even the demo content did not function properly. Documentation was extremely limited and rarely updated, making it difficult to gain a solid understanding of the systems. During a hiring freeze, I was effectively ignored for months as an intern, with the reasoning that I would graduate soon and likely not be hired anyway. This reflected a broader lack of investment in junior talent. Preparation for international assignments (when they were still offered) was close to nonexistent. Similarly, new hires received virtually no structured onboarding. Without personal initiative from a few motivated colleagues, they would have learned almost nothing. The wider team showed little interest in supporting them, and help had to be constantly chased down. Compensation is below market standards. Benefits are minimal, limited to basic cafeteria and healthcare options. There are no meaningful perks such as access to learning platforms (e.g., Udemy or LinkedIn Learning) or other professional development resources. There is little to no opportunity for growth. The work revolves around maintaining legacy systems, with almost no new development. Career progression is effectively nonexistent. Positions have been static for years, and advancement opportunities are extremely rare. Workload distribution is increasingly problematic. As headcount decreases, responsibilities are simply redistributed among remaining employees without additional compensation. It is common for individuals to cover multiple roles, including tasks outside their original job scope. Priorities shift frequently, sometimes multiple times within the same day, due to lack of staffing and poor coordination. Communication between management layers is inconsistent, and employees often rely on informal channels or rumors to stay informed. The office itself has been shrinking steadily over time under cost-cutting measures, which reflects the broader downward trend within the organization. Overall, this is not an environment that supports growth, stability, or professional development.
