Mitrata is a place set up by all unprofessionals . They have zero knowledge about the industry , no prior experience of micro finance by the MD himself and also poor policies of human resource. The only piece of advice to anyone planning to join Mitrata : Kindly be very cautious before getting into their trap . MAnaging Director talks too high about the organisational structure, their achievement and their upcoming policies but once you spend 15 days at their office, reality comes in some other form only. So called senior management comprises of worst people once can get to work with. People are hired and then fired for any reason one cannot even think of. People handling is really poor at Mitrata.
