      We have several people like myself that have grown in the company from a designer to leadership. company is focused on innovation in technology as well as growth. we have worked hard over the years to align with our niche markets to elevate projects and service to seek to catch up and more ahead of the industry.

      Design can be stressful as timelines are often short given on short notice. We do work on the business and some times growth creates a level of stressors.

      Work-life balance does not exist here. They will try to convince you that they are your family and deserve all of your time and energy. They won't pay you for the 60-70 hours a week you work.
