No real cons that are specific to the company, only a bit harder to work because of different timezones since employees are from all around the world.

The team has significant depth and experience, and discussions are grounded, practical, and forward-looking.

I’m still fairly new and don’t see any meaningful downsides so far. Onboarding was fast and intentionally optimized for early impact, which may feel intense for some, but worked well for me.
