- Relaxed work environment - Well documented and vivid processes, especially at the first sight and when you begin your carrier, later it went a bit blurrier for me at times - Colleagues from about 10 different countries and backgrounds. - poor people management and respect at the administration level - much more advertisement and branding than the actual content - inconsistent management culture in diff. projects and people - too much ego at the administration and inability to analyze critically and remain open-minded. My impression was that the operations were highly dependent on trust on individuals rather than clear-cut argument and reason as much as I hoped.
