1. No variable pay 2. Increment only if you are good at buttering 3. Salary sometimes comes on 1st and sometimes 3rd - No fixed 4. Higher management is dumb esp. if you come under Sharad. :D 5. Too much of micromanagement and politics 6. Not a stable company - you will find yourself juggling with different priorities 7. They say hybrid wfh but hardly follows. 8. Past many people have left giving feedback of higher management but they have hardly taken any action. 9. Better be jobless and prepare than to Join this company. 10. No where they stand near to other fin-tech
