Poor management, Undue pressure on devs from Product, Engineering Manager and other business guys to meet unrealistic deadlines which ends up delivering unstable product and customer dissatisfaction. They expect you that you can work 9am to 5am so that business guys have words of appreciation in the morning meetings from Bipin. Engineering Manager is hardly any appericiative of his own team members and there is hardly any backing. Most people are playing blame game. Overall toxic work culture and work environment.
