Management is really bad, constantly asking for overtime to the point they make overtime schedules with your name on it even though you didn't approve it. Favoritism in this company is insane. The SLD which they changed the name doesn't exist, it's just a excuse to Rank reps up or down. The leads that you are provided in Rank 3 and 4 are next level bad. Leads from Med Alert Pro are trash, they like to call those leads warm transfers, but are colder than Alaska's weather. When they Rank you up or down, you are not provided with the metrics behind the decision. My advise is use them as a temporary job, find something better and move on. oh by the way, don't give your 2 weeks when you leave, they will tell you to clock out on the spot and then your are left with 2 weeks doing nothing before you start the new job. Horrible company to work for. Also disregard all 4 and 5 star reviews, that's management doing the dirty work.
