-Extremely bad salaries. Most people are with a freelance contract which means they have to pay the taxes and pension that are very high out of their very low salaries. There is a huge gap between salaries and cost of living.
- Who receives a raise does not follow a logical pattern (according to work and merits). People killing themselves at work do not get any raise but people that are usually out for coffee and cigarettes do.
- They are not open to any new suggestions. They prefer to stay with their old fashioned way to do things.
- There is not much space for development.
- Initiatives are not encouraged.
- Hard work is not appreciated.
- The self proclaimed hr responsible is bullying other people, gossiping about them and has been making racist comments about the foreign employees. And the bosses are rewarding this behavior.
