I had a great boss and co-workers(only the local not the foreigners)

I didnt had salary increase for years until I asked. Their management sucks. Salary is low. Not good for newly grad because they dont have programs for learning and growth.

Minimal office politics and supportive management. Positive and comfortable working environment.

Limited access to technology resources. Traditional 9–5 working hours (with informal expectations of flexibility), particularly within the IT department. Minimal employee benefits.
