Pluspunten

-There is yearly increment (every onw will get) -Good place to gain experience -can get work life balance here

Minpunten

-Onld technology -Bad HR management -Bad company management -No wfh (even when you desperately need to wfh) -No bonuses, no company gathering etc (doesn’t celebrate any occasion) -Clinical claim as low as rm50. If your bill higher than that, pay for yourself. -Claim will get only after 3 months -Company is quite stingy. Don’t want to improve system

I had a great boss and co-workers(only the local not the foreigners)

Minpunten

I didnt had salary increase for years until I asked. Their management sucks. Salary is low. Not good for newly grad because they dont have programs for learning and growth.

Minimal office politics and supportive management. Positive and comfortable working environment.

Minpunten

Limited access to technology resources. Traditional 9–5 working hours (with informal expectations of flexibility), particularly within the IT department. Minimal employee benefits.
